Following the release of his latest mixtape, ‘Savage Journey to the American Dream,’ HIGHSNOBIETY present the final chapter in their HSTV Stalley series, where the newly signed Maybach Music rapper takes the stage at SXSW.
Not quite shown in this video: 2 Chainz being extremely tall. So tall, in fact, that he had to sit down when we spoke to him at this year’s FADER FORT Presented by Converse. In addition to being tall, though, 2 Chainz is an excellent rapper, with a voice so crisp that you can almost hear each vowel as he’s saying it. We spoke to him about his upcoming album, and how he went from being half of Playaz Circle, the group that did “Duffel Bag Boy” with Lil Wayne, to the solo star he is today.
